What is the ICC?
The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is a governing body made-up of one representative from each chartered Los Angeles Valley College club. It is the voice of clubs on campus. ICC provides a forum for discussion and information exchange about upcoming events, and creates an opportunity for clubs to collaborate and work together.

New Club Chartering for Spring 2024
Spring 2024 Club Chartering Application NOW OPEN!
- Must be logged on with a college issued email account in order to submit the form.
- Club applications must be completed by the Club Advisor or Club President ONLY.
- Club Advisor or Club President need to request a club sign-up form by sending an email to asu@tsunoi-toso.com. This form will be used for club officers and club members to sign up for your club.

Continuing Clubs From Fall 2023
All clubs chartered in Fall 2023, please follow this checklist to ensure your club is up to date:
- Pay Spring 2024 ASO Fee - All club members and officers must complete the club sign up for their respective club. (See section below for list of Chartered Clubs).
- $10 Spring ASO fee will be checked for all club members.
- New Club Advisor, President, or Treasurer - If your club changes a new advisor and/or new club officers, submit a complete and updated Club Advisor Acknowledgement form & Business Card to the ASU email at asu@tsunoi-toso.com.
- Change of Club Meeting Time, or Location - If your club has updated its new meeting time or location, send an email with the new information to the ASU at asu@tsunoi-toso.com

Club Purpose
To create inclusive opportunities at LAVC for students with and without disabilities and to increase disability awareness in our college and surrounding community. We also help support students with disabilities navigate the community college experience and share information and resources.

Club Purpose
- To create a friendly and open-minded community to learn more about Asian cultures and make friends.
- To spread Asian cultures such as traditions, food, holidays, and more to all students that are qualified to join the club (see Article II. A. Eligibility). Everyone is welcome no matter what their ethnicity is!

Club Purpose
The purpose of the BSU is to serve as a support and social networking group for black students on the LAVC campus. BSU provides service to the community college, work in collaboration with other student groups and support nearby black communities through different service projects. While BSU focuses on the needs of black students it is open to students of all races, ethnicities, and is committed to being inclusive to all religions, sexualities, and genders.

The purpose of French Club is to promote fellowship and group effort among those interested in the French language, and French and Francophone cultures, with a spirit of friendship between races, cultures, and individuals. IGNITE Chapter X Women's Empowerment Club's purpose is to publicize awareness on women's issues to the students at LA Valley College. We target women's issues such as sexual harassment, gender roles, sexism, reproductive rights, and domestic violence. We seek to aid young female students on raising their political voices.

Our focus is on higher education for Latinas as they continue through their academic journey.

The purpose of Puente Club is to aid students to transfer and advance to higher education by providing them with a personal counselor who will grant them knowledge about their field of student, universities, IGETC requirements, etc. Qualified members will have the opportunity to visit and tour prestigious schools such as UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and UC Santa Cruz.
